1. Provide legal consultancy services for IP transfer contracts (Formulation and trade name)
2. Drafting partnership contracts for stakeholders including patent owners.
3. Handle end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting agreements with suppliers and manufacturers.
4. Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including IP and Food and beverage standards
6. Coordinate communication between Marketing and sales project managers and the branding Team
